Offering HIPAA Compliant Telehealth in California

If you’ve landed here, you may be looking for support—whether for yourself, your relationship, or someone close to you.

Maybe you're navigating anxiety, disconnection, identity questions, or just craving a space where you don't have to explain who you are. As a queer-affirming therapist, I offer a space that honors your full self. Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up in your life with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I believe that self-awareness is a powerful catalyst for change—it opens the door to choices that are grounded in authenticity rather than guilt, shame, or fear. Asking for help is never easy, especially when past experiences haven’t felt safe or affirming. That’s why I center collaboration and emotional safety in our work. Whether we’re unpacking old wounds, navigating relationship dynamics, or just trying to feel more like you, we’ll move through it side by side—with thoughtfulness, a few tears, and maybe even a little humor.

A Personalized Approach Rooted in Compassion and Clinical Expertise

As a therapist, I blend warmth, presence, and evidence-based care to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I draw from several trusted therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and guide meaningful, lasting change.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present.

Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)

Helps challenge limiting beliefs so you can live with greater clarity and self-trust.

Strength-Based Therapy

Focuses on your existing strengths and resilience to support growth and healing.

Existential Therapy

Invites reflection on meaning, identity, and choice during life’s transitions and challenges.

Experiential Therapy

Centers your emotional experience in the here and now, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Offers practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

Seeking Safety

Provides structure and support for healing from trauma and substance use in a safe, non-triggering way.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, identity, or relationship stress, our work together is tailored just for you—with empathy, insight, and intention.

Guaranteed Fee Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
